    "Elegant"  that was the word that I remembered Nicole using when I first heard of and inquired about what IQM was and  how it compared to other processes. "Elegant" I didn't understand what it meant in relation to healing, until I went through my first session with Nicole. 

    It was effortless. While  it seemed as though nothing was happening... somehow in that gentle state of relaxation on my side  (and however, IQM is done on the pacticinors side)... my own energy and power was freed up and released back to me.
